Elderflower sorbet – 500ml

The Hairy Bikers judged our Elderflower Sorbet as the Best British Specialty product in the 2020 Great British Food Awards.

This sorbet is made with a home made elderflower cordial, which in turn is made with the fragrant elderflowers that grow abundantly in Dorset's hedgerows. We try to make as much as we can every summer when the blossoms are out, but when the cordial is finished, we have to wait until the next year. So order quickly before it runs out!
